Graholder Billing: Enhanced Payment Solutions for a Better User Experience (Graholder 帳單:提升用戶體驗的支付解決方案)
These past few months have been extremely busy and challenging. Since September, it feels like obstacles keep arising, but that’s life – filled with highs and lows. During this time, it’s important to keep moving forward with passion and determination.
Today, I’d like to introduce one of the new services we’re developing: Graholder Billing. The idea came to me quite unexpectedly. As many people say, inspiration often strikes in the shower – and that’s exactly how this service was born.
This year, we faced some new challenges at Graholder, prompting us to think about how we can manage fees and improve the payment process for our customers more effectively. Here are some of the key issues we’re addressing:
- Delegation Fees: Some users are reluctant to pay the delegation fee if they are dissatisfied with the items, which affects our operations.
- Payment Timing: Currently, we only collect delegation fees at the time of shipment. This limits our ability to collect other fees concurrently.
- Additional Costs: For example, storage fees and transaction fees from Graholder Market can’t be easily integrated with the current shipping payment model.
- Process Complexity: If we want to promote Graholder Market, relying solely on shipping payments would complicate the process.
- High-Volume Client Needs: Clients with bulk shipments may prefer installment or flexible payment options, which are not feasible with our current system.
In light of these challenges, and drawing from our experience in the cloud field, we believe that developing a Billing System can effectively address these issues. Although launching this service involves some risks, as we lack the resources for extensive A/B testing and data collection like larger companies, we’re confident that this will enhance the user experience.
With Graholder Billing, users will be able to:
- Clearly Track All Fees: We aim to make the sources and details of each charge transparent and easy to understand.
- Monitor Monthly Expenses: Users can track monthly fee variations, which is essential for budget control and financial planning.
- Enjoy Installment Options: For certain fees, the system will support installment payments, particularly for large or multiple charges.
In addition, we’re collaborating with third-party payment providers to ensure secure transactions. Users will also be able to pay via credit card and other flexible options for added convenience.
While this feature will be launched in November, we believe it will provide users with a more flexible and comprehensive cost management solution. We hope this service will give our users better control over their finances and enhance their overall experience with Graholder.

- 流程複雜度:如要推廣 Graholder Market,單純依賴出貨支付會增加流程的複雜性。
- 大戶需求:對於大批量出貨的客戶而言,分期支付或彈性支付方案可能更具吸引力。
基於這些挑戰,加上我們在雲端技術的經驗,我們認為開發一套 Billing 系統 能有效解決這些問題。雖然推出這個服務有些冒險,因為我們不像一些大公司有充足的人力進行 A/B 測試或大量的數據收集,但我們相信這能帶來更好的用戶體驗。
透過 Graholder Billing,用戶將可以:
- 清晰掌握各項費用:在費用透明度上,我們希望用戶能一目了然,知道每一筆費用的來源及其明細。
- 每月追蹤費用:用戶能夠輕鬆追蹤每個月的費用變動,這對於預算控制和費用規劃至關重要。
- 分期支付的可能性:對於某些特定費用,系統可支援分期支付,特別是針對大宗物品或多項費用的情況。
而且將與第三方支付公司合作,金流將會更能得到保障。並且提供信用卡等其他付款方式,更能提供彈性的選擇
雖然這項功能將在 11 月推出,但我們相信它將為用戶提供更靈活、更全面的費用管理解決方案。希望這項服務能讓用戶對於費用管理有更好的掌控,並提升整體使用體驗。
